life changing sleeping advice

Always had trouble sleeping here are a few things I've changed the past few days that have improved 10x my sleep, no jokes.

Magnesium

I started taking a 400mg magnesium pill and I no longer wake up every 2 hours.

Cold sheets

GF got them in Ikea, they are 100x better than regular sheets.

Sleeping mask

My room has a ton of sunlight in the mornings starting at around 6:30AM. I can get 1.30h of extra sleep with the sleeping mask.
